15 Min Veggie Flatbread

This 15 min veggie flatbread is a staple for me! Why? Because it only takes 15 mins to make and you can add whatever toppings you have in your fridge. In this recipe I use Roma tomatoes as the base. This acts like your sauce, but gives the flatbread a fresher taste. I also use spinach, olives and shredded mozzarella for toppings.

You can also use whatever bread you want. I had rosemary bread on hand, but I have used wheat and sourdough in the past.

Get Creative! That is what being a Tattooed Dove is all about. It doesn’t matter how pretty it looks, it taste GREAT!

Recipe Notes

Feel free to use a different type of bread and any topping you want. It is also easy to double or triple the recipe, just cut more tomatoes and have more toppings available. Make a side salad to have a full meal!
