This dish is super easy and extra yummy. It also saves in the fridge well.

Ingredients
- 1 box Farfalle Noodles
- 1 pound Italian Sausage
- 4 lemons zest and juice
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 16 oz bag Kale
- Garlic Salt
- Lemon and paper seasoning
- Dried Basil
- Dried Oregano

- Make Lemon Sause with the juice and zest of 4 lemons, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt, 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning, 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic, 1/4 teaspoon basil, and 1/4 teaspoon oregano. Stir together and set aside.
- Rinse kale and put in large bowl. Add 6 tablespoons of lemon mixture, 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, 1/2 teaspoon of lemon pepper seasoning. Massage mixture into kale leaves.
- Brown Italian sausage and boil water and cook pasta. Set sausage aside.
- Drain noodles and put them back in pot. Add 3 tablespoons of lemon mixture and 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil to pot. Stir and put on low.
- Lightly steam kale. This can be done with a steamer if you have one or on low heat in a stir fry pan. Add steamed kale to pasta pot and stir.
- Add in Italian sausage and stir. Add the rest of the lemon mixture and leave on low for a few mins.
- Ready to eat. Add some parmesan cheese to taste.
Recipe Notes
You can add garlic salt and other seasonings to taste, but the lemon really is the center of attention in this dish!
